Michael will be teaching The Four Directions Qi Gong and Shibashi Qi Gong.
Michael has practiced and taught meditation and Qi Gong techniques for more than 10 years. He is a qualified psychotherapist and holds academic degrees as MSc. and Master of Organizational Psychology.
